Their responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting, safety procedures, documentation, training, and collaboration. Position Responsibilities:

Support preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems under supervision Learn and apply safety protocols during maintenance activities Help maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and equipment conditions Participate in on-the-job learning opportunities to develop technical skills Work closely with senior maintenance staff on various projects Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications:

Required Education:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience Required Qualifications:

Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced maintenance professionals is essential. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Ability to operate hand, power, and specialized tools. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
