In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will help keep our operations running seamlessly while delivering exceptional service to internal teams and clients alike. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including air conditioning units, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and related equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct appliance installation, repair, and maintenance across various commercial or industrial settings with precision and attention to detail. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to support operational transparency and compliance. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries while adhering to all safety protocols. Assist with the upkeep of mechanical systems by diagnosing issues quickly and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to lead small maintenance projects or training sessions, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with strong appliance repair skills and familiarity with HVAC & appliance technology. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation. Mechanical knowledge encompassing mechanical systems repair, equipment repair, air conditioning systems, and general maintenance tasks. Customer service skills that enable clear communication with clients or internal teams regarding repairs or maintenance schedules. Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) procedures in industrial or commercial environments. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely; prior experience in equipment operation is preferred. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
