We are always looking for professional contractors/vendors and companies to work with, as we face a high volume of maintenance requests at our properties that need to be dealt with in a professional and timely manner. We are looking for experts who specialize in the following trades: Plumbing Electrical HVAC Handyman Roofing Drywall repair Doors/Windows Sewerage and Draining General Contractors Painting Pest Control Turnover/Rehabs We use a transparent and efficient software called AppFolio to assign work orders/service requests. You will be working with a team of professionals assigned to you for coordinating and managing work orders. We strive to provide work to all experts who specialize in the trades mentioned above and ensure smooth and quick flow of payments to build a mutually beneficial partnership that allows both parties to grow together.
