About the Role We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our production facility running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our automated machinery, welding equipment, fluid spray systems, and control electronics. Key Responsibilities Machine Maintenance:
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs on an H.H. Roberts CNC machine, including mechanical alignments, spindle maintenance, way lube systems, and drive belt adjustments.
Fluid Systems & Spray Equipment:
Maintain, rebuild, and troubleshoot high-pressure proportioner equipment and spray guns ( Graco Reactor 3 E-30 / Polyurea systems ), including pump seals, mix chambers, heated hoses, and fluid flushing systems.
Welding Equipment:
Maintain and service Lincoln Welding units (MIG/TIG/Stick), including board-level electrical checks, wire-feed system repairs, contact tips, and power supply diagnostics.
Electrical & Automation Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and replace 24V DC PLC controller pickups , proximity sensors, limit switches, and photoelectric sensors using a digital multimeter.
General Shop Maintenance:
Keep clear PM logs, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Mechanical Skills:
Strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, and precision machine alignments.
Electrical Skills:
Ability to read schematics, use a multimeter, and troubleshoot 24V DC control circuits and PLC I/O signals.
Specific Machinery Experience:
Prior hands-on experience with CNC tools, multi-component fluid/spray systems (e.g., Graco), and industrial welding power supplies is strongly preferred.
Problem-Solving:
Strong diagnostic ability to root-cause electrical, mechanical, or chemical line failures quickly.
