Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read blueprints and machine drawings to identify repair needs and replacement parts.
- Repair equipment to manufacturer specifications, including replacing shafts, gears, belts, pulleys, bearings, and related components.
- Assist machine setup technicians and operators in resolving changeover issues and material-related problems.
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.
- Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues effectively.
- Assist in training operators and maintenance personnel as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
1 year of experience as maintenance technician. High school diploma or GED. This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
