PM Position:

Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our multifamily community in Whitewater, OH. This position will serve as the primary on-site maintenance technician and report to a roving Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable independently managing day-to-day maintenance needs while providing excellent service to residents. Responsibilities Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally Perform unit turns and make-readies for new residents Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues Conduct routine property inspections and preventive maintenance Assist with maintenance and upkeep of the community pool Complete light drywall, painting, carpentry, and general repairs Maintain community grounds, common areas, and building systems Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as needed Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and management Maintain organized maintenance records, supplies, and equipment Identify property concerns and communicate larger repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications 3-5 years of multifamily maintenance experience required Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Experience completing apartment turns/make-readies Ability to work independently and prioritize service requests EPA certification preferred Pool maintenance experience or certification is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a resident-facing environment Schedule Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM This role also participates in after-hours emergency maintenance response as needed .
