Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance.. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from different departments, prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure continuous operations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Assist with construction or renovation projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. Lead or support team members during complex repairs or installations, fostering a collaborative approach to maintenance challenges. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair and equipment troubleshooting. Ability to perform equipment repair efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Construction experience or familiarity with building maintenance projects is a plus.
