Job Description
Facilities Maintenance Technician Hinderer Motor Company Hinderer Motor Company is looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings and grounds in top shape. This is a steady, full-time position with a consistent Monday-Friday day shift — no nights.- only occasional after-hours or weekend work if an urgent issue arises. We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right. What You'll Do Lawn care including mowing, trimming, edging, and general groundskeeping Snow and ice removal during winter months Basic repairs (doors, locks, lighting, windows, etc.) Light plumbing work (clogs, leaks, toilets, faucets) Identify and report electrical or maintenance issues Keep track of supplies and equipment Respond to maintenance requests and help keep things running smoothly This Job Is a
