Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks.

MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN

PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL

AND HVAC.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance procedures on building systems and equipment
• Perform troubleshooting to identify issues and implement solutions promptly
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Fabricate parts as needed for repairs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Proficiency in using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and low-voltage electrical systems
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with tenants and staff
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
