Job Description

As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you maintain, service, and troubleshoot the site property and auxiliary systems and equipment within our state-of-the-art, food-grade clean facility.

You Will:
Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on the facility's auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, transformers, etc. Monitor the fire systems, facilities access systems, and emergency lighting systems (monitoring, inspecting, testing) Perform general grounds maintenance Participate in installation projects and/or modifications.
You Have:
Ability to work Monday-Friday day shift, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate's degree &/or technical certifications are preferred. Working knowledge of auxiliary industrial support equipment, i.e., chillers, compressors, water towers, air dryers, pumps, etc... Fabrication experience is a plus Minimum of 5 years of mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics and pneumatics systems Basic electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics PLC knowledge is a plus As a Plastipak Associate, you receive a benefits package offering the following: Wellness Programs Health Insurance Coverage, including
