$30-35/hr.Shift:

- Additional wellness programs, tuition assistance, employee discounts, and more What's a typical day as an Industrial Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
- Performing preventive maintenance and general repairs on facility auxiliary equipment such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, and transformers.
- Monitoring, inspecting, and testing fire systems, facilities access systems, and emergency lighting systems.
- Handling general grounds maintenance to ensure a safe and presentable facility.
- Assisting with installation projects and facility modifications.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or designated manager. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Associate's degree and/or technical certifications preferred).
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of mechanical troubleshooting experience, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Possess basic electrical troubleshooting skills and can interpret technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Have experience with auxiliary industrial support equipment (chillers, compressors, water towers, air dryers, pumps, etc.).
