We are looking for a dependable and mechanically skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on shop equipment, vehicles, and machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with hydraulic shears, preventative maintenance, vehicle oil changes, and general mechanical repairs. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and vehicles. Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic shears and related equipment. Perform oil changes, lubrication, fluid checks, and basic service on company vehicles and equipment. Inspect equipment for wear, damage, leaks, and potential safety issues. Perform basic mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed. Replace worn or damaged parts, hoses, fittings, belts, filters, and other components. Maintain accurate maintenance and service records. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures and proper maintenance practices. Communicate equipment issues and repair needs to management. Assist with other maintenance and mechanical tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or industrial equipment maintenance. Hands-on experience with hydraulic equipment and hydraulic shears. Experience performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections. Experience performing oil changes and basic maintenance on vehicles. Basic understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Ability to use common hand and power tools safely. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems and identify needed repairs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license.
