Maintenance Technician Rhythm Automotive USA; Join a Team That Keeps Manufacturing Moving Rhythm Automotive USA is seeking entry level to skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. Whether you're an experienced technician or looking to advance your maintenance career, you'll play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably across our three-shift manufacturing operation. What You'll Do Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment using schematics, technical drawings, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments.
- Safely remove, transport, and reinstall machine components using hoists, and forklifts and cranes
- Operate machine tools, welding equipment, and fabrication equipment to repair or modify components when necessary.
- Utilize precision measuring devices to verify repairs and equipment alignment.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
- Investigate equipment failures and determine root causes.
- Recommend and implement improvements that increase equipment reliability and production efficiency. Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and fellow Maintenance Technicians to minimize downtime.
- Document maintenance activities accurately using maintenance logs or computerized maintenance systems.
- Communicate equipment status and ongoing repairs during shift handoffs. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
- Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Working knowledge of motors, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and electrical controls.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field.
- Two or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Multi-craft maintenance certification or equivalent experience.
- PLC troubleshooting experience; basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Robotics and automation experience.
- Welding and machining experience.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
