Maintenance Tech Role:

As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: Performing daily rounds to identify and address any maintenance issues Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems Performing routine cleaning and organization of common areas and resident rooms Assisting with housekeeping and linen services Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff Maintenance Tech- Seasonal Position is a full-time, seasonal role, offering a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the well-being of our residents.
