Part Time Facility Technician

Summary:

The Facility Technician reports to the Facility Manager and supports day-to-day maintenance and operations of the facility. This role focuses on performing routine maintenance, assisting with equipment repairs, and helping ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for continuous cultivation operations. The Facility Technician uses CMMS software to track maintenance tasks and support equipment documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Perform routine inspections of facility systems and equipment ? Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks ? Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues ? Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance activities ? Support setup and installation of new equipment ? Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in CMMS ? Follow all safety, legal, and operational procedures ? Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas ? Assist with coordination of third-party service providers as needed

Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

? High school diploma or equivalent ? 1-2+ years of hands-on maintenance or related experience preferred ? Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills ? Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines ? Strong attention to detail ? Ability to communicate effectively ? Must comply with state regulations and guidelines ? Must be 21 years of age or older ? Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

? Long periods of prolonged standing and sitting ? Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones ? Requires normal range of hearing and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer ? Requires bending and lifting up to 50 pounds ? Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environment
