: Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance Technician
SCHEDULE
8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 5 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs)
COMPENSATION
$21-23 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750

Responsibilities:
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned Exterior structural maintenance as needed Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience Plumbing and electrical experience EPA Universal Certification a plus CPO Certification a plus Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process) Benefits and Compensation (for full-time employees): Competitive pay On-Call bonus of $100 and minimum 1.5 hours of paid time 401K matching up to $4,000 a year Quarterly bonuses up to $750, that's $3,000 a year!
