Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Ensuring work orders are properly and quickly completed Repairing or replacing the equipment Assisting your team with complex orders Preventative maintenance Preparing recently vacated units for new rental On-call rotation for emergency situations Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Knowledgeable in repairing and maintenance of plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, carpentry and/or HVAC Strong in plumbing preferred. HVAC certification is a plus but not required. Ability to function independently as well as part of a team Valid driver's license Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. or more on a minimal to regular basis Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position The Maintenance Technician position is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to make a difference in a progressive and family oriented organization.
