Key Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and repair production equipment, forming dies, presses, and tray erectors Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and production support equipment Execute tooling changeovers as required Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure efficient production flow Assist in developing and implementing process improvements Perform safety and quality inspections; maintain a clean and safe work area Keep accurate maintenance records and manage parts inventory Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment

Education:

High school diploma required; technical or trade school preferred

Skills:
