Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hot Tub Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to our customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting hot tubs and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on skills will help create relaxing, safe, and enjoyable experiences for our clients. Duties Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and water chemistry balancing on hot tubs to ensure peak operation and hygiene standards Diagnose issues with hot tub components such as pumps, heaters, jets, and control systems using hand tools and power tools Identify and repair faulty equipment parts efficiently to minimize downtime for customers Conduct inspections of hot tubs and associated equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate Assist with pool maintenance tasks when needed, including cleaning filters and checking water levels Maintain detailed service records of all work performed and communicate findings clearly to clients Use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and maintenance tasks Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair or service technician roles preferred, but not required Familiarity with pool maintenance, cleaning, and water chemistry is highly desirable Experience working with hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Previous experience in service technician roles or similar positions involving equipment troubleshooting is preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a high level of attention to safety standards Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate service appointments Ability to take direction and execute tasks on your own if needed Requirements Valid Drivers License and Vehicle Insurance Reliable Vehicle fit to service the vast Hocking Hills Area Clean Background Join us as a Hot Tub Technician where your technical skills will shine!
