Job description : We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. This position reports directly to the Property Manager and is responsible for a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair work across assigned properties Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical, and general building upkeep Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintain a clean and safe working environment Communicate effectively with tenants and team members Be available to respond to after-hours emergency calls.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property maintenance or a related trade High school diploma or equivalent; (Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus) Good physical condition and strength Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Leadership experience is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Join our team and help create a well-maintained, efficient, and comfortable living environment for our residents.
