Job Description

Overview:
We are a well-established Property Management company overseeing multi-family communities, looking for a full-time Service Technician to join our team in Marysville OH. Job Duties Include:
Ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality maintenance service for our residents. Responsible for the turning of apartments in accordance with community standards and timelines, with a strong emphasis on renovation and rehab work. Perform demolition and rebuild tasks as part of unit renovations, including removal and replacement of fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes. Complete drywall work including hanging, patching, mudding, sanding, and finishing. Execute interior painting, including prep work, priming, and finishing to company standards. Assist with light construction projects, including framing, carpentry repairs, and installation work as needed. Ensure preventive maintenance, repair, and cleaning for all community buildings, amenities, vehicles, and equipment is addressed on a timely, proactive basis. Ensure workplace safety through the enforcement of all applicable safety rules and requirements. Schedule and participate in emergency on-call shifts and after-hours maintenance as needed.
Position Requirements:
This position requires 3-5 years of previous maintenance, renovation, or construction experience in a residential community or similar environment. Candidates must be willing to work on call.
Required skills include:
Strong experience in demolition, drywall, painting, and general rehab work Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.) Basic carpentry and construction knowledge preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to meet renovation timelines Interpersonal skills, as we work to resolve service requests for our residents' apartment homes We are looking for someone who is motivated, hands-on, and takes pride in high-quality renovation work.
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
