Position Overview As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and overall condition of the property. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience with general maintenance repairs. Responsibilities

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

Perform preventive maintenance on community buildings and equipment

Troubleshoot and repair issues related to:

Plumbing

Electrical systems

HVAC systems

Appliances

Carpentry

Prepare apartment homes for new residents, including turns and make-ready services

Ensure community grounds and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained

Respond to maintenance requests and resident concerns professionally

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company standards

Assist with emergency maintenance situations when needed

Qualifications

Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience preferred

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance practices

Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials as required

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
