Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Floor Care Technician to perform commercial floor-care services, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and committed to maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. Previous floor-care experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities

• Buff and polish commercial floors
• Strip and wax hard-surface floors
• Perform routine floor-care maintenance
• Complete light janitorial and custodial duties as needed
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Properly operate and maintain floor-care equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Perform duties professionally while working in commercial environments, often outside of public-facing areas Schedule
• Monday-Friday, approximately 5:00 PM-1:00 AM
• Occasional weekend work may be required
• Occasional third-shift hours may be available or required based on business needs

• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
