AM, Fixed NightsStarting Hiring Rate:
$31.47/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Differential Join our site maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician! In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing machinery, electrical circuits, and mechanical equipment to support facility operations and plant uptime.
What You'll DoElectrical & Mechanical Repair:
Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, motors, conveyor systems, switchboards, relays, and power distribution circuits.
Diagnostic & Maintenance:
Locate root causes of electrical/mechanical failures using schematics, diagrams, and precision tools; perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
System Operations:
Execute conduit installation, wiring, component replacement, and equipment testing for safety, compliance (OSHA), and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to report shift metrics, maintain logs, and improve quality and safety workflows.

QualificationsTrade School Certification / Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent journeyman-level experience.
Analytical Curiosity:
A root-cause problem-solving mindset to identify why equipment fails rather than applying quick fixes.
Technical Aptitude:
Ability to read technical drawings, troubleshoot 3-phase/PLC systems, and safely use testing instruments.
Adaptability & Teamwork:
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and willingness to work overtime and support team goals.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience3+ years in multi-craft (electrical/mechanical) industrial maintenance.

Experience with process equipment, roll maintenance, or automated production systems.
