Job Description Maintenance Technician Mentor, OH Night Shift Schedule:
Work 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a rotating schedule that includes weekdays, providing a consistent full-time opportunity with extended time off between scheduled workdays. Keep Advanced Manufacturing Running We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial equipment, automation systems, and robotics that keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently. What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
Maintain vacuum furnaces, autoclaves, conveyors, robotic cells, and other production equipment.
Support robotics, automation systems, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
Perform welding, plumbing, pipe fitting, fabrication, and general facility maintenance.
Operate maintenance equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.
Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Preferred
Electrical certification, degree, or technical training.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience with vacuum furnaces, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Welding, soldering, plumbing, and pipe-fitting experience.
