Our rapidly expanding Mattress and Bedding Manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role is central to our operations, focusing not just on routine upkeep but more specifically on the technical maintenance and improvement of our diverse range of production machinery and equipment.

What we are looking for:

Technical Savvy :

Strong mechanical skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain our wide array of machinery and equipment, including mechanical drive systems. A sound understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and control systems is crucial.

Tool Proficiency :

High level of skill with various hand and power tools for routine and specialized maintenance tasks.

Electrical Expertise :

Hands-on experience with running electrical lines, setting up new equipment, installing outlets, and more, ensuring a seamless operation of our machinery.

Preventive Maintenance Focus :

Proactivity in conducting routine checks, lubrication, part replacements, etc., to preemptively address issues and avoid unexpected production downtime.

Technical Interpretation :

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and repair manuals effectively, ensuring optimal maintenance and repair practices.

Adaptable Learning :

Experience with sewing machines is beneficial, but we're ready to provide training for the right candidate. Familiarity with air lines installation, maintenance, and repair is also advantageous.

Work Environment:

We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, safe, and harmonious work environment. Our facility operates free from harsh chemicals and unpleasant odors. Standard working hours are from 12 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
