Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team in Milford. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, and building interior components to ensure optimal operation. Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems Conduct plumbing system maintenance and repairs, including pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and leak detection. Utilize hand tools, power tools Carry out maintenance painting and carpentry projects to uphold the aesthetic quality of the community's interiors and exteriors. Maintain facilities equipment Lead or assist with building interior maintenance projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with residents regarding service requests while providing excellent customer service to enhance resident satisfaction. Proven experience with residential maintenance including plumbing system maintenance, electrical work, carpentry, and general facilities upkeep. Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, electrical equipment repair, Knowledge of maintenance painting techniques along with experience in facilities equipment maintenance is preferred. Excellent communication skills Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward safety standards and team collaboration.
