3rd Shift Maintenance Technician l

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing many duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This position is expected to perform minor repairs and improvements in a variety of trades under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities Perform general and preventative maintenance on building and equipment Assist in servicing and replacing minor plumbing fixtures Perform minor electrical work such as replacing light bulbs and fuses Assist in minor carpentry and repair work Detect faulty operations or defective material and report issues to the Maintenance Manager Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools by cleaning, lubricating, greasing, and/or oiling Job Requirements Stand, walk, bend, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, or crouch for duration of the shift Must have full range of body movements including use of hands to handle or feel objects Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds Repetitively grab, flex, and twist hands, shoulders, and upper extremities Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Due to time-sensitive nature of manufacturing, some overtime including 12-hour shifts and weekend work may be required Must wear personal protective equipment as required Steel Toe Boots are required Maintenance experience required Manufacturing experience preferred Benefits Paid weekly Medical, dental, vision, and Aflac available after introductory period Company provided $25,000 life insurance policy Simple IRA retirement plan available at 1 year with 3% company match PTO day during your birthday month Annual company Cedar Point trip with your family or a friend
