Job SummaryHelp maintain the facility and its functions. Correct safety related items. Keep the plant clean and functional. Install signage as needed. Install equipment and maintain. III. Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties1General repairs to buildings, and grounds equipment to include plumbing, electrical, ice machines, water coolers, and painting.2Remove, replace & repair facility safety related problems (bolts, mirror balls, parking posts, etc.) 3Help in office and furniture moves 4Seasonal grounds preparation and maintenance5Assist in office cleaning up and trash removal 6Install signage throughout the plant 7Coordinate facility doors repair and upgrade8Other duties as assigned9Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeI. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin.•Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Experience1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
EducationHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including but not limited to: a.
