Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties1Manage daily waste and recycling operations, including staffing, work areas, collection routes, and schedules, to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.2Collect, sort, and transport waste and recyclable materials from designated areas according to established routes and schedules.3Properly separate general waste, recyclables, and production waste and dispose of them in designated areas according to company requirements.4Follow EHS, PPE, and safety requirements when handling broken glass, sharp objects, and other production waste, and promptly report hazardous waste, spills, or other abnormal conditions.5Properly operate waste carts, hand trucks, compactors, and other related equipment; perform routine inspections and report any issues promptly.6Maintain 5S standards in waste collection points, storage areas, and assigned work areas to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workplace.7Oversee equipment, tools, and 5S conditions within assigned areas, and coordinate the resolution of equipment or workplace issues.8Coordinate with Production, EHS, and other departments to resolve operational issues and continuously improve staffing, collection routes, and work methods to enhance safety and efficiency.9Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeI.
