Job Description
Maintenance Technician Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of our facility and equipment. This role may involve facility maintenance, machine maintenance, or both , depending on business needs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, equipment, and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance issues. Inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and safety concerns. Complete repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner. Assist with installation, adjustment, and servicing of equipment as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures. Respond to maintenance requests and support day-to-day facility operations. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial maintenance experience is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform hands-on repairs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/materials as required.
