00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift:
Rotating Shift
  • 2 weeks on 1st shift the 2 weeks on 2nd shift 1st Shift
  • 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday 2nd Shift
  • 1:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Thursday Join a Growing Manufacturing Team!
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a well-established manufacturing company that values safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, preventing downtime, and keeping production running efficiently. If you have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime Install, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Perform routine inspections and identify potential equipment issues before failures occur Assist with machine installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects Document maintenance activities and completed repairs accurately Work closely with production personnel to quickly resolve equipment issues Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience with preventive maintenance programs Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Welding and fabrication experience is a plus PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while also collaborating with production teams What We're Looking For Dependable and safety-conscious Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to prioritize multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Desire to learn and continue developing technical skills Why Join This Company Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time opportunity Clean, professional manufacturing environment Opportunity for advancement and long-term career growth Supportive management team Work for a company that values skilled maintenance professionals and invests in its equipment and employees If you're an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturer, we'd love to speak with you.
