This position performs a variety of skilled maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, lighting, and general building repairs. The technician responds to maintenance requests, conducts preventative maintenance, and assists with facility improvement projects. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7-3:30 Hourly rate $22/hr, based on experience Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience. Demonstrated experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues independently. Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Working knowledge of safety procedures and building maintenance best practices. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work orders is preferred Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Valid driver's license required. Preferred Qualifications Trade school certification or technical training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building maintenance Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, office, or industrial environments. Forklift, lift equipment, or scissor lift certification.
