Purpose and Mission Responsible for responsible for the hands-on maintenance, repair, and installation of systems and equipment. Executing maintenance in accordance with maintenance standard procedures.

Key Activities and Responsibilities Routine Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor adjustments.

Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.

Repairs:

Assist in basic repairs and troubleshooting under the guidance of a maintenance technician.

Preventive Maintenance:

Follow preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the maintenance technician.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Support:

Provide support to the maintenance technician during complex repairs and maintenance tasks.

Skills Mechanical Skills:

Repairing machinery used in production.

Electrical Skills:

Troubleshooting electrical systems.

Welding Skills:

Fabricating and repairing metal components.

Hydraulic Systems:

Understanding hydraulic machinery.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conducting routine inspections.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpreting technical drawings.

Diagnostic Tools:

Using multimeters and gauges.

Safety Compliance:

Adhering to safety standards.

Computer Skills:

Basic maintenance software knowledge.

Adaptability:

Learning new technologies and processes. Previous Experience Shopfloor experience as Maintenance Technician preferred Qualifications and Education High school diploma or equivalent.
