Job Description

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, respond to equipment breakdowns, and help minimize production downtime. The ideal candidate is a dependable problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys diagnosing and repairing equipment. What You'll Do Perform preventive and routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs. Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, automated equipment, and related production systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot electrical systems involving 480V, 280V, and 110V. Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC-controlled equipment. Document maintenance activities, repairs, equipment issues, and parts used. Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment. Identify potential equipment issues and recommend corrective or preventive measures. Perform welding, fabrication, or other mechanical repairs as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable OSHA requirements. What We're Looking For 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with industrial electrical systems, including 480V, 280V, and 110V. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Experience troubleshooting motors, conveyors, pumps, and automated production equipment. PLC troubleshooting experience preferred. Welding and/or fabrication experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and respond effectively to equipment issues. Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery, noise, and moving equipment. Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
