Job Summary:

Ridge Corporation is growing and looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team. This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for dependable technicians who enjoy problem-solving, working with production teams, and helping keep equipment running safely and efficiently. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Industrial production equipment Electrical troubleshooting Motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics Compressors, chillers, and boilers Preventative maintenance programs PLC troubleshooting Equipment repairs and process improvements
