This role is critical in ensuring the optimal functioning and uptime of robotic systems used across our managed properties. As a Robotics Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various robotic equipment, contributing to our commitment to provide unparalleled services in property management. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on robotic systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain documentation on maintenance procedures. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system efficiency and design enhancements. Provide technical support and training to other maintenance staff. Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Required Skills Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for robotic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
