Maintenance Technician

We are The Whitehurst Company, a locally owned real estate property management firm founded in 1983. We have full-time positions available this spring and summer for men and women who have practical hands-on working knowledge and experience in residential plumbing, electric, carpentry, and grounds care. Based on those skills and experiences, starting pay ranges are $20-25hr. We also offer paid vacations, holidays (typically 13-15 per year), as well as tool, boot, and clothing allowances.
