About Us:
Plastic Recycling Technology is a family-owned, post-industrial plastic extrusion company dedicated to quality manufacturing and sustainable recycling practices. We are a leading manufacturer of plastic resin with a commitment to quality and safety. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing and hydraulic issues; perform repairs or coordinate with specialists when needed. Assist in the installation of new machinery or equipment modifications based on production needs Keep accurate maintenance logs and equipment records. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to minimize production downtime.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Proficient with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
