2997289619-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Bath & Body Works is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Facilities & Maintenance team in our retail locations. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on store fixtures, lighting, plumbing, minor HVAC, and building systems to ensure a safe, reliable, and inviting environment for customers and associates. You will troubleshoot issues, complete work orders, and coordinate with vendors while minimizing downtime and disruption to store operations. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, basic HVAC/plumbing skills, can read technical diagrams, and is comfortable working independently across multiple store locations. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on store fixtures, lighting, plumbing, and minor HVAC systems. Respond to and resolve maintenance work orders within established service-level timelines. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and building issues using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety, code, and cosmetic issues. Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, parts usage records, and documentation in the CMMS or work-order system. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company standards. Support store openings, remodels, and fixture installations as assigned. Communicate repair status, timelines, and impacts clearly to store and facilities leadership. Monitor inventory of tools and critical spare parts and request replenishment as needed.
