Job Description
Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring facilities and equipment are maintained in safe and effective condition across operational areas. Key duties include performing general maintenance and repairs on equipment, motors, conveyors, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. The role requires reading technical manuals, using diagnostic tools, troubleshooting electrical controls, and working with vendors. Candidates should have experience in distribution center maintenance, conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with the ability to lift up to 70lbs. Technical training, computer skills, and knowledge of mechanical/electrical drawings are preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety procedures, documentation, and operational excellence, supporting the organization's commitment to a positive associate experience and high-quality service.
