Job Description
Job Overview We are a well-established and growing property management company looking for a full-time experienced maintenance technician. The right candidate must possess the following traits and skills:

- Good problem solving skills; ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- A passion for excellence and a past history of success
- An optimistic attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Traveling between multiple properties will be required
- Company Vehicle
Superb Company Employment Package Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Must have knowledge in appliance repair, electrical, plumbing and all aspects of building maintenance. Must be HVAC certified.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Works 'hands on' as a team participant along with the maintenance team to ensure the community meets quality standards set by the Company
- Proof of a valid driver's license
- May require a rotation of working weekend and evening 'on call' emergency services
- Pre-employment background & drug test is required
