Overview We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and functionality of our facilities through routine maintenance and repairs. This role involves hands-on work with plumbing, electrical systems, and drywall, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems to ensure operational efficiency. Conduct repairs and troubleshooting related to plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture maintenance. Handle electrical tasks such as replacing outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and addressing electrical faults safely and effectively. Repair and install drywall, including patching, sanding, and finishing surfaces to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facility. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance procedures. Assist in the setup or teardown of equipment for special events or facility upgrades as needed. Requirements Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role with hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical work, and drywall repair. Knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance work. Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and perform repairs independently. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond effectively to maintenance requests. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Relevant certifications or training in plumbing, electrical work, or drywall installation is preferred but not mandatory. Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
