A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

4 Limited Parkway Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 Your Role As a multi craft maintenance technician you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex material handling and automated systems , while also performing multi-craft facility maintenance including plumbing, drywall, and painting. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair electrical systems (high/low voltage, AC/DC) and material handling equipment. Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics .
