First Shift Maintenance Technician (Food Manufacturing, Meat Processing) Are you the kind of person who can hear a machine make a weird noise from across the plant and already know what's wrong? If so, we've got a spot for you. 🕒 Schedule First Shift - because sleep matters and so does your work-life balance. 💰 Pay & Perks $25-$31/hour (DOE) $1.50/hour weekly attendance bonus - yep, just for showing up on time and doing your thing 💪 Stable, growing company in the food manufacturing space Team that actually values maintenance (no band-aid fixes here) 🔧 What You'll Be Doing Keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing equipment Perform preventative maintenance (because you fix problems before they happen) Work on conveyors, processing equipment, packaging lines, and more Partner with production to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Help improve processes—not just patch them up 🥩 What We're Looking For Meat processing experience
REQUIRED
