Your day-to-day:

Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks Respond to work orders and resident service requests Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks Snow removal when needed

What Were Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

Compensation & Benefits:

$20.00 - $24.00/hr.
