Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday | 40 hours per week Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, professional, skilled, and proactive Maintenance Technician to perform the maintenance operations of our event center and property. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining our award-winning facility and grounds at the highest standards of excellence while supporting maintenance needs for events and daily operations. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, highly results-driven, a strong leader with exceptional mechanical abilities, organizational skills, and a hands-on mindset regarding facility maintenance and management. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on buildings, hard surfaces, grounds, and all equipment
- Proactively oversee the upkeep and appearance of the facility and property grounds
- Set up and break down event furniture, lighting, and venue features as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance projects and preventative maintenance schedules
- Assist in ensuring all events run smoothly from a facility and maintenance standpoint
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will possess:

- Willing and able to left at least 50 lbs
- Experience using power equipment and hand tools
- Knowledge of Pneumatic Systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage numerous tasks and multiple priorities Experience & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of successful maintenance management experience overseeing buildings and grounds
- Strong knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), electrical systems (high and low voltage), HVAC systems, and mechanical systems/schematic
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience using diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and maintain high operational standards
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
