Key Responsibilities Include:
1) All safety issues are #1 priority . 2) Preventative Maintenance a) Diagnosing malfunctions in automated systems, identifying faulty components, and repairing or replacing them efficiently. 3) PLC programming and Modification a) Understanding and modifying PLC logic to adjust system behavior and optimize production processes. 4) Robot programming, modification and manipulation a) Understanding and modifying Robot programs to adjust system behavior and optimize production processes 5) Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting a) Identifying and resolving issues with electrical wiring, sensors, actuators, motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components. 6) System upgrades and modifications a) Implementing new automation technologies, software updates, and hardware upgrades to improve system functionality What will make you successful?
Required:
3 - 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment using automation is required. Previous maintenance experience is required. A high school diploma is required. technical degree or equivalent technical training is required.
