Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Multicraft Maintenance Technician in Springfield, Ohio. This is a full time direct hire position and the pay range is $28-35 per hour, depending on experience.
Position Summary:
The maintenance technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to all electrical and mechanical machines within the manufacturing facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair issues with manufacturing mechanical and electrical equipment to maintain production requirements Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Recommend equipment and process improvements Repair hydraulic presses and other machinery Troubleshoot issues with PLC's Assist with the equipment installation and start up Complete work orders in a timely fashion
Experience Needed:
Strong skill-sets in industrial mechanical and electrical repairs Prefer at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Knowledgeable of hydraulics and electrical AC/DC drives Experience with PLC's and automation HS diploma required - Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Controls preferred
