Maintenance Technician | Manufacturing AOT, Inc. | Springfield, OH Are you the person everyone calls when a machine goes down? AOT is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our Springfield manufacturing operation running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You'll work hands-on with a wide range of equipment and systems, including: PLCs, AC drives, and servo drives Industrial electrical systems Motors, pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors Hydraulics and pneumatics Welding and metal fabrication Air compressors and air dryers HVAC and facility systems Plumbing and pipefitting You'll troubleshoot equipment failures, perform preventive maintenance, support new installations, respond to production needs, and help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability. What You Bring 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent Technical certification or documented technical on-the-job training Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills A safety-first, team-oriented approach Ability to take ownership of problems and see repairs through to completion Basic computer skills; experience with electronic maintenance systems is a plus Why this role?
